RESPONSABILITIES

You will join our Business Managers 'tribe with the following responsibilities:

 

  • Prospect : generate leads and convert them into opportunities.

  • Identify and meet potential customers and define their needs

  • Grow the client portfolio and extend your network everyday

  • React to customer tenders and bring a high level support to their hiring requests with the help of the HR team.

  • Report your activity flow with structured presentation (Weekly) in order to constantly adapt your performance to reach the objectives. 

  • Manage your own business unit with a clear view on the profitability (KPI…)

  • Account Management: generate new leads  with existing clients with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.

  • Meet and exceed company's sales targets. Develop target account plans and execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.

PERSONNAL SKILLS WE NEED!

  • You must be result and target oriented for this job

  • Fluency in English and  Dutch OR French

  • Master degree in Business engineering or Economics or any related field.

  • Excellent communication skills both written & oral.

  • Nice presentation, service oriented.

  • Strong team spirit.
